All orders dispatch via UPS Worldwide Expedited from our US supplier. You receive a UPS tracking number once collected.
2. Dispatch Times
In-Stock: same or next business day after payment cleared. Available to Order: within 2-4 business days after payment cleared. Business days = Mon-Fri, excluding US and Irish public holidays.
3. Transit Time
UPS Worldwide Expedited: typically 3-5 business days to Ireland. Estimates only — not guaranteed. Delays possible during peak periods.
4. Delivery Address
Ensure address is accurate when ordering. Contact us immediately if change needed — may not be possible once dispatched.
5. Tracking
UPS provides full tracking and delivery confirmation. Contact us if order not received within expected timeframe.
6. Damaged in Transit
Photograph damage immediately, contact within 48 hours. We will arrange replacement or refund per our Returns Policy.
7. Coverage
Currently ships to Republic of Ireland. Northern Ireland and Great Britain — contact us to discuss.
8. Customs & Duties
Goods ship from the US. EU customs duties and VAT may apply and are payable by the buyer. Consult Revenue.ie for current rates.
